Terms and conditions

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. All children are welcome. One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged USD 6 per night and person in a baby cot. All older children or adults are charged USD 15 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 10.00 % VAT is included. 5 % service charge per room per night is included. 2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge. Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed). Pets are not allowed. No deposit will be charged.
